By giving us your contact information now, you are granting us the right to contact you in the future in any manner necessary at our discretion for ongoing personal and professional development.
When collecting your payment information via this site, we are using a third-party software (Kajabi) that encrypts and processes your payment securely via Stripe. Their terms and conditions can be found on their respective websites.
Our live virtual training sessions are recorded for your convenience in case you miss a live call. Your participation on these calls are subsequently available to the HJY University community via recording, and you agree that these recordings can be viewed by the active members of HJY University.

As most of our programs are for ongoing educational purposes in the field of personal and professional development, and you are making a purchase related to self-mastery or ongoing growth or services from us, you should assume we will continue to contact you in perpetuity via email or via social media in order to deliver our services, serve you requested or related content, make recommendations, learn about your preferences, grant you free products, deliver programs to you with or from other platforms or companies, advertise to you or similar audiences, send you surveys, or contact you for any other related fulfillment or marketing purposes. Inherent Risks.
You understand that participating in the Program has inherent risks, some of which may be more obvious than others. These risks include but are not limited to dizziness, fainting, skeletomuscular injuries (muscle tears, broken bones, etc.), cardiovascular issues (irregular heartbeat, heart attack, death etc.) and any other injury resulting from exercise, whether or not the injury came as a result of the negligence of yourself, negligence of others at the location of the Program, or negligence of Happy Jack Yoga. You understand that the risks outlined in this Section of the Agreement are risks you will be exposed to during the Program and can result in serious bodily and mental harm and a vast array of injuries which could alter your quality of living significantly and may even result in death. Should you have any concerns or doubts about your health or ability to participate in any of the activities in the Program, which may include but are not limited to yoga, cardiovascular exercise, bodyweight exercises, stretching, etc., we insist you act prudently and inform us immediately of your concerns.
Medical Advice.
You acknowledge that you will consult with a physician prior to beginning the Program or that you are certain that your medical and fitness levels are sufficient for you to participate in the Program. It is understood between the parties that attendance and participation in the Program means you have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that you are healthy enough to do so.
Voluntary Assumption of Risk.
Having read this Section of this Agreement and being fully aware of the risks of participation in the Program, by checking this box it illustrates your voluntary participation and assumption of the risks of the Program. You further agree that you have full capacity to agree to the voluntary participation in the Program.
Company Continuity Disclaimer
While Happy Jack Yoga intends to provide continued access to its content and services, we cannot guarantee that operations will continue indefinitely. In the unlikely event that the company is dissolved, ceases operations, or files for bankruptcy, all access to membership content, courses, and community platforms may be permanently discontinued without notice.
No refunds, pro-rata reimbursements, or compensation will be issued in such cases. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept this potential risk associated with long-term digital access.
