Typically we engage in meaningful conversations, however, sometimes we may explore a yogic practice to support you. You can wear anything you like, but loose, comfortable clothes are great, or anything you normally wear.

Are the sessions recorded?
If you like, we can record the sessions and only you will have access to the sessions later on. This is totally optional.
